Well it's happened.... I have a song transferred from Cakewalk to Cubase

It was a bit of a pain.... but not too bad......, it is the short version (read 30 Seconds) of a long song called discontinued why it is called that I don't know...... I think it may have been when I found out the drivers for my old soundcard were never going to get to Win2k..

I eventaully took this short snippet and made it a song.... well without words... but it clocked in at about 3.5->4mins and was generally song like with a solo...

My next step now is to recreate the full mix in Cubase.... the original 30s piece had some weird arse effects on the feedback that I layered into the track.... so I'll do a mix up of that for people to listen to, before recreating the whole song....

I'm actually happy with the way I'm going... I just want more time..... with someone having a higher work load at uni.... I might just have that time........
